We’re delighted to host the launch of “An Uncharacteristically Lengthy Poem By Dean Wilson About Interpretive Dance”, with some characteristically poetic shenanigans from Dean Wilson. Dean will be joined by special guest and Hull’s answer to Elvis, Bobby Diamond.

In his new book, Dean takes the idea of the epic poem - as practised by the likes of Milton, Byron and TS Eliot - and adds his own unique style, rhymes and settings to construct a world that's half-truth, half-fable. A world of bingo halls, boulevards and B&Q; pirates, pop stars and pole dancers; Heathcliff, Hendrix and Henry Cooper. With everywhere and everyone in between dancing until their lallies give out.
